Do you only sell Pokémon products?

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our Return & Refund Policy.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

How long does shipping take?

Will I receive a tracking number?

Are all products factory sealed?

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all products sold by Just Sealed are brand new and factory sealed.


Can you guarantee what's inside a booster pack or booster box?

No.

Pokémon Trading Card Game products are randomly packaged by the manufacturer. We cannot guarantee specific cards, pull rates, rarities, or values inside sealed products.


Will my product arrive in perfect condition?

We package every order carefully to help protect your products during shipping.

However, minor factory imperfections or slight cosmetic wear to external packaging may occur during manufacturing or transportation and are not considered defects.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must:

  • Be unopened

  • Be unused

  • Remain in their original packaging

  • Be in resalable condition

Can I return opened Pokémon products?

No.

Due to the collectible nature of Pokémon products, opened booster packs, booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, and other sealed products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or you received the wrong item.


What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and shipping packaging
