Pre-Order Policy

At Just Sealed, we offer pre-order opportunities for selected Pokémon Trading Card Game products and collectibles. Pre-orders allow customers to reserve upcoming products before their official release date.

By placing a pre-order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Pre-Order Policy.

1. What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is an advance purchase for a product that is announced, available for reservation, but has not yet been released or received into our inventory.

Pre-order products are reserved specifically for customers before the official release date, subject to supplier availability and allocation.

2. Pre-Order Payment

Payment is required at the time the pre-order is placed.

By completing a pre-order purchase, you authorize Just Sealed to process payment immediately to reserve your product.

Pre-order payments are used to secure inventory from suppliers and prepare your order for fulfillment.

3. Estimated Release Dates

Pre-order release dates are provided based on information available from manufacturers and suppliers.

Please understand that:

  • Release dates are estimates and may change.

  • Manufacturer delays, supplier delays, production issues, or shipping delays may affect availability.

  • Just Sealed is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, distributors, or shipping carriers.

We will provide updates whenever important changes affect your order.

4. Product Availability & Allocation

While we make every effort to fulfill all pre-orders, product availability may sometimes be affected by supplier allocations.

In rare situations where we cannot fulfill a pre-order due to circumstances beyond our control:

  • We will notify you as soon as possible.

  • You may receive a full refund for the unavailable item.

  • Alternative solutions may be offered when available.

5. Shipping Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available and pass our quality checks.

If your order contains both:

  • Pre-order items, and

  • In-stock items

Your order may be shipped together when all items are available unless separate shipping is offered or requested.

Additional shipping charges may apply for separate shipments.

6. Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be canceled only before the product enters the fulfillment or shipping process.

Once a pre-order has been prepared for shipment, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

Because pre-orders involve inventory reservations and supplier commitments, cancellation requests may be subject to review.

7. Pre-Order Returns & Refunds

Pre-order products are subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unopened.

  • The product must remain in its original condition.

  • The request must meet the requirements of our return policy.

Due to the collectible nature of Pokémon products, opened products cannot generally be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

8. Price Changes

The price paid at the time of placing your pre-order is the price that applies to your order.

If the market price changes after your purchase:

  • Your original price remains valid.

  • You will not be charged additional amounts due to price increases.

  • Refunds will not be issued due to later price reductions.

9. Multiple Pre-Orders

Customers may place multiple pre-orders depending on product availability and purchase limits.

Just Sealed reserves the right to limit quantities or cancel orders that appear to exceed reasonable purchase limits or are suspected of misuse.

10. Product Information

Product images, descriptions, release dates, and specifications are provided based on available manufacturer information.

Actual products may vary slightly due to:

  • Packaging updates

  • Regional differences

  • Manufacturer changes
