Return and Refund Policy

At Just Sealed, we want every customer to have a great shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

  • Proof of purchase or order information must be provided.

Due to the collectible nature of Pokémon products, opened trading card products, booster packs, boxes, bundles, or sealed collectibles that have been opened cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened Pokémon Trading Card Game products

  • Used or damaged products caused by the customer

  • Items missing original packaging or seals

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review your request and work to provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received was incorrect, or

  • The item arrived damaged due to shipping or handling.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return policy.
