At Just Sealed, we are dedicated to providing our customers with a safe, reliable, and transparent shipping experience. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, package, and deliver your orders.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully reviewed, prepared, and packaged by our team before shipment.

  • Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • During periods of high demand, including Pokémon product releases, special promotions, holiday seasons, or limited-edition launches, processing times may be extended.

We carefully inspect products before shipping to ensure that items are authentic, correctly packaged, and meet our quality standards.


2. Packaging & Product Protection

At Just Sealed, we understand that collectible products require special care.

All Pokémon products are packaged using appropriate protective materials to help prevent damage during transportation, including:

  • Protective wrapping when necessary

  • Secure boxes or mailers

  • Proper padding to reduce movement during shipping

While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee that collectible packaging will remain in perfect condition after shipment due to possible handling by carriers.

Minor cosmetic imperfections to external packaging, such as small dents, scratches, or factory imperfections, may occur and do not affect the authenticity or functionality of the product.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping

  • Processing: 3–6 business days

  • Transit: Approximately 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping

  • Faster delivery options may be available at checkout depending on your location.

Please note:

  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

  • Shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, incorrect addresses, customs delays, or circumstances outside of our control.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped:

  • A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

  • The email will include your tracking number when available.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.

If you do not receive your tracking information, please check your spam or promotional email folders before contacting us.


5. Shipping Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Please verify the following before completing your order:

  • Full name

  • Street address

  • Apartment or unit number (if applicable)

  • City

  • State

  • ZIP code

  • Phone number

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer, Just Sealed is not responsible for the delay, loss, or additional shipping costs.

If you notice an address mistake after placing an order, contact us immediately. We will attempt to update the information before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once an order has been shipped and confirmed delivered by the carrier, Just Sealed is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  1. Checking around your delivery location.

  2. Asking household members, neighbors, or building management.

  3. Contacting the shipping carrier directly.

  4. Contacting us so we can provide available shipment details.

We will do our best to assist you in resolving shipping issues.


7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us investigate the issue, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Customer name

  • Photos of the shipping box

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Description of the damage

After reviewing the information, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances and product availability.


8. International Shipping

At this time, shipping availability may vary depending on destination.

International customers may be responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Import taxes

  • Duties charged by their country

Just Sealed is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


9. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled before they enter the shipping process.

Once an order has been shipped:

  • The order cannot be canceled.

  • The customer must follow our Return & Refund Policy.
